Remote Float Control Valve

Remote Float Control Valve
This product comprises a main valve, a check valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a miniature filter, and a pressure gauge, forming a hydraulically controlled valve‑connection system. Utilizing hydraulic self‑actuation, it ensures optimal opening and closing speeds for the main valve, while preventing water hammer and achieving gentle, noise‑reduced closure. When water is supplied from the inlet, it passes through the miniature filter, the needle valve, and the check valve into the main valve’s control chamber, then drains via the ball valve to the downstream side. Because the needle valve’s opening is smaller than that of the ball valve, the drainage rate from the control chamber exceeds the inflow rate, causing the pressure in the chamber to drop. The reduced pressure acting on the lower side of the main valve disc opens the valve, allowing water to flow downstream. When water supply to the pipeline is halted and backflow begins, some of the returning water enters the main control chamber through the ball valve. Due to the check valve’s function, this backflow cannot escape, gradually increasing the pressure in the control chamber and slowly closing the main valve. This product relies on hydraulic self‑control, requiring no additional devices or external power sources; it is easy to maintain and provides smooth, gradual opening and closing. It is widely used in water‑supply networks for high‑rise buildings, residential areas, and urban water‑supply projects.
